As we ship using USPS Priority you can expect the order to be shipped within 1-3 business days. Give at least 1-2 days of processing. If you placed your order before 5 pm of the closing business day your order will more than likely be shipped the same day.
If any delays arise please expect a shipping timeframe of 3-14 days depending on the postal service in your area. We all know the feeling we all get when we click the "Complete Order" button. 2 minutes later, where's my order?? We are excited as you are to see you slay the goodies you just bought. We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Please note, that Beauty of Pearl is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high-volume seasons. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and preorder policy.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Year's Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high-volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your Beauty of Pearl order gets to you ASAP, however, we appreciate your patience!
Items purchased on pre-order may take 1-4 weeks to deliver. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.
Lost Packages where tracking shows delivered.
1. File a Claim with USPS
2. File a police report
3. Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.
BEAUTY OF PEARL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF AN ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
