Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS EXCEPT

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just clashes with your personality), send it back to us within 7 days of delivery. Once we get your returned goods in *original condition, a store credit code will be issued in the form of an e gift card to the email address attached to the returns order number. Please note your internal credit note expires 60 days from the date of issuance. Items purchased with store credit will now become a final sale unless a mistake is made on our part.

Returns must be in *original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).

Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.

Did you receive the incorrect item?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received a faulty or incorrect item and return the faulty or incorrect item within 7 days. You will then have the choice to get a complete refund or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value (the difference excluding the shipping fee will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
